Gutter Corner Joint- Defective?

Hi

I recently had new gutter installed and all the corner joints have been installed as per the photo attached.
Water running from the right on the photo.

Is this installed correctly? I have my own view but don't want to prejudice your responses.

Gutter a bit too far in. Needs maybe 10mm cut off.
Corner bracket should have marks showing when gutter should be..

It's not clipped in properly either.

The fundamental question is ...... is it leaking?
