Gutter joint advice please . . . . . . .

Hi folks, may I ask for the best repair to this gutter joint for a novice.

The gutter joints I find on the web whilst nice and wide to correct my problem they require two wide screws and won't fit on the narrow wooden baton on the fascia.

All advice much appreciated. Thankyou.

Is the problem the gutter being too short, rather than the joint?

Any joint will fit, if there is no central hole, drill one ... but near the top!

Add another union.

Scotplas is the one you want, they have three holes to choose from and is wider than yours

It looks as though the gutter to the left might not be supported properly (out of the picture to the left ) and has dropped down and pulled out of the joint. Might be worth checking. Just a thought.
