Hi everyone,
I noticed the other day our drainpipe out the front of the house was leaking. We've not had this place long and this was noticed on the survey, but the seller claimed it had been repaired (lesson learnt there).
I've had a look at it, and the pipework seemed to have come loose. I tried to push it back together, but it actually appears to be too short for both ends to properly meet. There's also no stop end on the pipe at the wall, which is causing stains on the wall.
I looked up the parts on Screwfix, but since I know jack about this sort of thing, I thought I'd post and get some expert opinions on this. Am I going to run into trouble if I just buy the like for like parts? Although the job sounds straightforward, is this something a DIY'er should tackle or just call someone out? I'd rather do it myself as I'm a bit broke and I'd have to wait a few weeks to pay someone.
I've attached pics and these are the screwfix parts I was looking at
https://www.screwfix.com/p/floplast-stop-end-outlet-112mm-white/77170
https://www.screwfix.com/p/floplast-112-5-offset-bend-68mm-white/28498 (x2)
https://www.screwfix.com/p/floplast-socket-68mm-white/52689
I'm not sure if I will need these or not (just in case I mess something up)

Thanks in advance
