GX160 Honda engine no oil alert

Hi,

Im looking to swap over aerator to a Honda engine. Specifically the GS160 (link removed). However, it says it has an oil alert and I am looking for one without. Is it easy to disconnect the oil alert on these machine?

I’m not sure why you would want to disconnect it, but if you remove the yellow wire to the sensor the engine will start.

Ok Thanks for that is this GX160 a decent price? I cant find any cheaper?

For a Honda GP 160 engine, expect to pay around £290 inc vat.
