H/W cylinder noise

I recently installed a new indirect H/W cylinder and new immersion heater. When the Immersion heater is switched on there is a humming noise coming from the cylinder. Any ideas what this is?

Its the immersion working.

Just like a big kettle working and drawing lots of current.
