Run the actual flue of a condenser into the "4 soil and ventpipe, steam goes up above roof, and condensate runs direct into drain yessssssss :lol: :lol:

That`s all right until the pipe gets blocked, someone flushes the loo, then the sh*t would really hit the fan :)

Assuming that I understand correctly where the condensate drain end up.
 
I was called to a faulting boiler and found out that the builders building an extension had fitted a soil pipe onto the end of a flue. Oh dear new fan required. That'll be £300 missus.
