Haes twin wire fire alarm

Doing a diy fire alarm had few faults at beginning no batt etc now everything fine no faults . But when testing using control panel sound alarm no faults show up .when testing smoke detectors
Zone 1 not in use
Zone 2 down stairs smokes
Zone 3 upstairs smokes
Zone 4 not in use
Zone 2 sounds alarms and no faults
Zone 3 sounds alarms but after about 15 seconds zone 2 fault light shows for about 10 seconds then goes out then zone 1 does same and goes from 1to2
Anybody any ideas thanks

Is this that used fire panel ?

Ye but thought when got it only looked like zones 1 and 2 were used I think I d reset panel
