I'm in need of a Hager MCB - old style - to complete some domestic electrical work.

Need either a 25A or 32A type 2 M6 mcb - model number either M 625 or M 632 depending on size.

Can't get these at the usual outlets.

Can anyone help??? :x

By "usual outlets" I presume you mean Trade Electrical suppliers, not DIY sheds? Last weekend I bumped into a guy in B&Q trying to match a Crabtree C50 MCB, so I set him right.

Try Fleabay. You might end up with a second-hand CU crammed full of the things.

Yes - had the same idea earlier today but to no avail - hence why I thought I'd put the feelers out on this site.

I've been in touch with Hager directly and they have given me a cartridge fuse holder option that will apparently fit in the DB. I'm off to Newey's to get one.

I'd still prefer the mcb however. Hager stated that the M625 mcb I'm after isn't available. It's a type 45 ie full mcb ID is M625 45 - the 45 being in small font.

If anyone knows where I can find one I'd be interested?

The newer Hager MCBS will fit an older hager board :) (as well as the modern cartridge fuse holders :) )

Comparing them just now the only difference seems to be the the switch on the front, its now grey and a bit bigger, terminal positions etc all line up
