Hairline cracks

fine filler or decorators caulk forced in with a sharp clean scraper.
if using caulk remember to wipe the exess away as it doesn't sand all that well.
fine filler can be sanded.

I have a number of hairline cracks - walls and ceilings - which I have been unable to solve. Have tried hairline crack Filler and have also cut out the affected area and filled/sanded/painted. They keep returning as attached. Any ideas welcome and appreciated
