OK, I've just got off the phone with Mark, he has been down and replaced my DHW diaphragm (which had a hole in it) and the microswitch is now activating when the tap opens as expected, BUT , the DHW now overheats as it was doing before.
It comes on when tap opens, runs for 10 seconds, you can hear it starting to boil, then the overheat sensor kicks in and the burner cuts out.....for a couple of seconds....till it cools.... then it starts up again .....etc etc etc
Could there be a blockage somewhere ?
Could the heat exchanger be bunged up ?
Anyone got any ideas / or seen this before ?
OK ... Time to try removing the router from the equation....try unplugging the LAN cable from your router and plugging it straight into the laptops lan connector.
