Boiler over pressures then pressure relief valve blows and leaks water until it falls below PRv setting of 3 bar.

Does anyone know what the expansion vessel pressure should be? it seems to be and maintains 1.5bar and there is no water leaking out of the air valve when pressed.

Is it at too low pressure or has the diaphragm gone?

with zero water pressure and system open to allow diaphragm to flex, the expansion vessel should be charged to 1bar
