Hello,
I have volunteered to fit the above in my mum and dads house. From ground floor up to loft conversion. So basically 2 flights of stairs and a landing. The posts are all in.
I am thinking that the tricky bit is fitting the handrail to the posts securely and neatly, especially when it is angled on the stairs. Does it need to be slotted in to the post?
Do you know the correct height and the centre measurements of the spindles?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

you wont be able to mortice and tennon the the hand rail unless you can loosen the newel post by several inches you could do it with a false tennon but not ideal for the begginer LOL

go for one off the securing bolt systems like burbige

spacings here been coverd many a time before ;)
