I honestly cannot remember as it was last year when they contacted me, I didnt take it serious and just thought yeah whatever, if they get me something it has cost me nothing, then they said I should get in the region of 20k with the value of the contracts and about the last 6 or so of cars I had. I think I had to sign something to say I give them permission to act on mmy behalf

If you are past 14 days. But make them do the work you are paying them for.

Frankly ridiculous that this is CFA when the risk is almost nothing.

Might as well make them do what he’s paying them to do.

Under their terms the CFA is capped, if he exits it isn’t and he still has to sort the claim out.

I have just sent all of the emails they sent to all of the agreement companies asking for them to deal direct with courmac legal instead of direct to me, stuff it if I get anything from it I wouldnt have bothered with it myself, it will go towards my next Japanese cruise.

Never bothered asking because hidden within the small print of the text it says that if I deal direct with the companies direct I will still have to pay a fee, I cannot be bothered with all that so I will take what I get as my cut for doing nothing.
