Having problems with Washer/Dryer

It's a Servis Quartz Sapphire and i'm having a few problems with it.
The main problem is the dryer, it's started filling with water while it's drying.
Does anyone have an ideas?

have you cleaned the filter ,check that first

Embarrassing question, where can i find that?

i think its at the front on the right ,remove the kickstrip and your in ,just twist the cap put some towels on the floor some water will come out

Is brute force needed coz it won't come off?

once flap or kickstrip is out filter just twists off anticlockwise ,if it still wont budge coins poss jammed in it

It's the flap i'm having problems with.
Sorry, i'm being a pain.
It keeps flashing F3 and F2 on a wash.

f2 f3 means time out draining filter is blocked ,the flap just opens its on a little spring .slide a knife round the edge of flap and see which end opens first.its like opening a door with no handle which side first .only 3 to choose from

My husband took it to pieces because the kick plate had been screwed in place.
Coins were blocking the way 24p to be exact
He's fixed it and fingers crossed it will work ok, when i was pressing cancel before it didn't make the usual empting sound and it is now.

It's still F2ing but i think that because the pipe outside is too low for it so i will sort that tomorrow. Now i have 4 days worth of washing to do
