Having trouble starting the heating Salus controller

Hi, maybe someone can help me, i’m at my wits end I am not able to get the heating on.
I followed the discrimination in one of the threads carefully, I reset the thermostat, changed the batteries, switched the receiver on and off as well as the main supply.
The only thing I can’t figure out is to reset the frequency, I also can’t find a user manual for it.
The receiver has two lights, the bottom one seems to be for the heating and that is still red. Hot water works fine.

Any advice is much appreciated.

looks like the reciever is not switching as green light is on so boiler should be getting a call for heat,
