hawk boilers? anybody worked on them??

Not come across one of these bilers so far but goto look at 1 tommorow cust says dhw is ok when used on its own but when heating is on at same time dhw goes cooler,any body come across same problem on them>??

A Ferroli. No DV type. So when hw is on the pump should be off. Is it?
