We have a stovax mulitifuel stove fitted in the fireplace recess. The problem is when it was fitted normal plaster boards and plaster was fitted. With the heat this has now cracked and is coming off the walls around the stove.
I have heard about some fire boards that are heat resistant and can be painted, Have search the internet with no joy. Can anyone advise please what they are called and where I can buy these from.
