Heat resistant GU10 bulbs?

I've got a couple of outdoor up/down cylindrical wall lights outside my house. They're water tight units so the lack of ventilation means they heat up quite a lot and the LED bulbs start to flicker.

Anyone know of any "heat resistant" versions that I can get?

How many watts / lumens (and colour temperature) are the faulty/failing GU10s? Do you need that much light?
Lower lumens / wattage = cooler running, probably.

May be better to get a quality brand of light bulb than you have tried so far?

You may be better replacing with a new led luminaire with good guarantee so that if / when they fail you can go back under warranty.?

I had some up/down GU10 luminaires that used halogen lamps back in the day. I don't recall having to replace them too frequently.
