Hi
I have a Heatslave 20/25 (Oil) combi and the divertor valve is sticking.
I have got hold of a replacement valve cartridge ready to do the job.
Any ideas what Synchron Motor is used on this valve (VC Series Valve).
I would like to get a spare motor just in case.

Why not look at the existing one ???

There is only one I have ever seen used on heating controls !

Blimey that was FAST (3 minutes) for a reply.
I would like to get a motor handy before the stripdown as it is not easily accessible.
I have a motor (duff one) here from another 20/25 boiler but the info is just gobbledeygook to me.

SYNCHRON
660 240V - 50Hz- 5W 38103L-82-130-204 40002162-002 9847

Somewhere amongst that lot is the info I need ??
Gear Size ? RPM ? etc
 :D

Yes, that fine but you need a newer one than the 1998 week 47 !!!

There is little point in buying a spare one when they are in stock at B&Q for about £12.

Most of the replacement ones are not genuine "Syncron" made in USA ! Probably made somewhere in China instead!
