Hi All

I have a condensing boiler that i am i currently have to 'top up' to get the pressure above 1 bar to operate.

This has to be dome very 3 or 4 weeks...

I have checked all rads/connections/boiler and condensate.

Is there a decent additive i can easily introduce to the system to 'plug' the leakage ?

The boiler works fine, all rads are balanced but i am at a loss ???

Thanks

There are additives which claim to seal things, but they are temporary at best and in many cases will not work at all.

I've never had any success with leak sealers, and in one case it actually made the leak much worse! Any clues as to make and model of boiler? Ideal Logics around that age have a tendency to leak out of the heat exchanger into the condensate sometimes. Have you taped a bag over the pressure relief outlet to make sure that's not passing?
