Help..Bath mixer low pressure but was ok???

My Triton Bath shower mixer has suddenly stopped letting hot water to the Shower head and the Bath water is so slow it's cold by the time I get in (40 mins).Everything was ok so could this be as simple as a washer or is the mixer F......D!.All the other taps in the rest of the house are fine.Thanks for your help.
