It's grid system stuff.
I had a similar surround which I got from B&Q about 10 years ago.

TLC do some similar stuff.

You could try looking at the other sites too.[/url]
 
They look like RPP (Proteus) grid modules.

They're CEFs own brand so you'll only be able to get them from there.
