Help identifying/valuing/getting rid of...Europlex SMART PSU

Hi Guys,
Just moved into a new house and found these two big boxes in the loft
one looks brand new, one looks slightly damaged at the bottom.
what are they?!

i dont want to landfill them as a. they look valuable/heavy in metal/unlikely to ever break down and b. if they are worth anything to anyone id rather they have them and i could use the money to improve my house (which the owner nicely left in an awful state!)

Looks a bit like an alarm power supply that would typically be used on a commercial install?

That's kind of what my searches showed up but couldn't find any More info on what they do! Where could I sell them / give them away?
