Help! ive just painted walls with gloss and not matt

Hello! i've just painting a bedroom with dulux gloss paint and realised its not matt! what can i do? any help? i'm worried i've just turned a small job into a huge one!

But can you take the shine off with a bit of wet and dry ?

Sorry mate, but it's gonna be hard painting the matte over the fresh coat of gloss.

Use an oil-based overcoat first, then paint over with matte - haven't tried it before just so you know, but it seems pretty logical

Don't worry, we've all had DIY disasters before, I nearly hammered away a huge wall in to my wall. Could be worst disasters

Oh dear! Well the first thing is to get the paint off rather than remove it. You wont be able to emulsion over gloss but you can do this

I did the same thing with silk and did an entire wall before I realised it was drying to a nice sheen - which is not what I wanted.
I just abraded it with a sander and it covered ok with matt. Not sure that would work with gloss though.
