Help me fill my Chip

I bought some flatpack furniture, unfortunately like a proper knob I chipped a bit and need to fill it. Its real oak veneer so I’m think of mixing some wood glue with some oak wood shavings, what ratio of glue to shavings should I be using 50/50, 30/70 etc Probably need a total of a pea sized blob! Thanks.

Think I'd be checking out the available fillers, mate. There should be one fairly close.

Would you be able to cut some of the veneer out, and then piece in a bit of new veneer or some iron on edging tape, and then just blend it in with your PVA and sawdust?

You'd probably have to find a bit to match the grain though

With glue though, I'd use more sawdust than glue

Well its a chip/scrape on an edge about 15mm long and 4mm deep in the middle so will go the filler route I think, thanks.
