In spite of his assurance that the boiler was fitted by a CORGI the installation was very poor and the Benchmark was not completed or CORGI notified.
The appointment with CORGI was not kept either and he did not bother to make another. The Landlord has never told us the installer's CORGI number and the lack of further communication from CORGI implies that the installer was NOT registered after all.
