help needed adding light please

I think I am following you perfectly now, the neutral goes from rose to lantern, then

so in effect, switched live from switch to lantern
Earth from switch to lantern
Neutral from rose to lantern.

that is so much easier to understand, thank you very much for your time and help, defo appreciated
