HELP NEEDED FOR MY NIGHT STORAGE HEATERS

Hi folks,

my main heater in my living room is not working I have checked all fuses and are ok.

I think it has tripped inside the heater, I remember the council used to reset it inside the heater before I bought the house of them, can anyone help me and tell me how to do it, any pics how to do it would be good. They are night storage heaters.
