Night Storage Heater Electrics

Oh dear, no new post, have we frightened him away? I have wondered with a smart meter with two outputs, one 24/7 and one off-peak, if the off-peak outlet can be also made 24/7 by remote control, it is called a "Smart" meter after all.

Mine only has a single output, it is up to me to time things to use the off-peak supply.
