Help needed with a Belling ceramic top cooker

I brought a second hand cooker 3 weeks ago, first time it worked fine, no problems. Second time the bottom oven stopped working around 15 minutes into cooking and the right 2 rings stopped working. Now all we are left with is a small top oven and the 2 rings on the left.
Any help would be much appreciated as I am a cake maker and had to put my baking on hold.
