I think a new boiler isn't a bad thing but I suspect it won't cure your problem....

Many thanks, I have a new boiler being fitted on Thursday. I had an engineer out who checked the boiler and while checking the pump or whatever totally packed in. So now I don't have hot water or heat anywhere in the house!!! From bad to worse! If the new boiler doesn't heat them, then the builder surely has no choice but to come back and make it right... (This group has been great... Such good people willing to help... thank you all)....

My money is on the diameter of the plastic pipes being too small.

Is it wise to have plastic pipes connecting radiators anyway? I wouldn't like it in my house.

It's very common these days mostly in new builds mind.
