Help! Nomoreply 12mm cement board in shower area with dot and dab marks !

Hi after some urgent advice please to enable me to progress with bathroom renovation. I have installed 12mm no more ply boards on an external wall in shower area. I have used concrete screws and also dot and dabbed the boards with gyproc dri-wall adhesive. I applied sbr to the wall but forgot to sbr the board. 24-36 hours later I have dab spots showing through. What are my options now?

Should I sbr the front of the board now to migitate the transfer and hope it dries out?

I don’t want to remove the boards as I have already installed my shower tray and I don’t think the boards are going to budge!

What's the insulation guide say for the product?
Go read that insulation pdf data sheets.

Just for you information. Drywall adhesive is very slow to dry out. 4 days minimum in the summer and I've known it take 2 weeks
