Hi folks:
I'm currently renovating a Victorian house and would appreciate any thoughts you have on an old chimney breast removal.
See the pics attached, which I understand was done in the 1970s/80s.
There has been no (apparent) structural issues, but I wondered if anyone had any thoughts on whether this needs to be checked out by a structural engineer/ any remedial work obviously required.
Thanks!
