Thanks for that, have phoned Telewest & they have arranged to send me a set-up disc.

When you mentioned about re-loading the system, do you mean me using the red disc?

If that's the restore disk, then yes.

Blueyonder Broadband?Windows ME will prob pick this up without you installing anything.This has been fine for me on Win98SE,2000 and XP.

Once plugged in it was ready to go.

You could always plug straight into the Telewest modem to get 'net access.Might help to reset the router as well if you need to be online to alter settings etc.
