Hi there

Need some help if you guys can advise ; I have a Beko washing machine and it works perfectly, until yesterday.

The problem is that there is a coin/button, perhaps a key rattling in the pump outlet (bottom of the machine) - the normal solution is to remove the pump outlet by turning it anti-clockwise and hey presto.

But .... unfortunately it won't come out. At all. Stuck fast. A simple job is turning into a nightmare.

Has anyone got any solutions, ideas?

Turn power off
Tip machine back against a wall and make sure it will not slip
Look underneath and remove the pump itself or the hose from the sump where it is attached to the pump.
You should be able to remove the obstruction then
Careful about the water that will leak out

The reason you can not remove the filter is because the object is caught in the filter housing and sump hose preventing it from turning.
