Help sought please to reset a Eurosec PR5208 shows “Set 3” and my 4 digit code won’t work.

My Eurosec PR5208 panel message is showing “Set 3” and the date and time need resetting due to power cut. How do I set the correct date and time and also get back to being able to set the system to “full” and use the Quick button when exiting please?
