Help - very slow filling cistern

Fitted a new system from B&Q (Milan model with 'stamp or stomp insides) but the non overflow bottom filling system only trickles.

Any ideas on how to increase the flow of water?

cos the valve is designed for high pressure and bet you have a tank in your loft?

the aperture is small to reduce the flow of mains water but its too small to allow a decent flow rate from a tank

ask b+Q ( ) if they have a low pressure valve for your bog
