Help wiring two way light switch

1965 (or just before) would tie in with the (purpose built) flat I saw with wooden switch boxes and pvc oval conduit drops. Pvc flat cable, earth wire in some of the feeds, none of the switches. Hadn't had any alterations.

I think wooden boxes must have been completely phased out very shortly after this.

Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen a 3 core AND EARTH in red, white, blue.

Anyone?
