Help with 8ep 395 optima G3 alarm

I have recently had an issue with my alarm.

Every time a door is opened into one of the zones the alarm beeps and registers a red dot over the zone number.

It never used to do this and I feel like it shouldn't be. I could really do with some help with this.

You have set the chime function to on , press ,chime , 0 , reset
