Help with adhesive for porcelain tiles

Hi. I'm tiling a floor. Using light coloured polished porcelain tiles. Being a DIYer, I am slow lol. For this reason I tend to steer clear of rapid set adhesives because I tend to get myself in a pickle as I can't keep up.

Looking in the usual outlets, I can't seem to find a regular adhesive. Last time I bought this it was from Screwfix, own brand, long cure time. Just the job and no issues with it. It seems they no longer sell it.

Any advice on where to buy please?

As a DIYer Iv'e used this in the past Mapei Super flexible Grey Tile Adhesive, 20kg | DIY at B&Q

After mixing, pour it in a pot with a lid (empty paint pot) and use at your speed.
If you keep the lid closed it will be usable for a good 4 hours.
As a diyer, use a scale to do the mix and you'll get a perfect consistent mix.
Invest in a cheap mixing drill (Toolstation and screwfix have them)
