Help with door entry phone!

Hello

I was wondering if anyone could help me.

Our door entry phone, Entrotec ED3 is broken and the replacement is now an ED3 plus. I think we've wired correctly, following all the instructions but it doesn't work. I've attached some pictures of the old phone and the new phone. If anyone can spot what I'm doing wrong I'd be grateful for your advice.

sorry about the messy links I just copied them both from google. Did a core get damaged when the handset got damaged by any chance?

I'm guessing by core you mean the wires and the connection points (sorry, layman here)? There's definitely only six. I've stripped back the wires more and can't see where there could ever have been a 7th. Might have to call the company...
