Help with Excel macro please

Hi

I have recorded a macro, which is fine. But i want it to run when the contents of a particular cell is changed.

I seem to remember from many years ago (was it Windows 97?) when i was quite good at Excel, that you could tell a macro to run under various different scenarious, for example, when you enter a cell, leave a cell, open a workbook etc. but i can't remember or work out how to do it...
