I HAVE GOT PLASTERBOARD WALLS RUNNING UP MY STAIRS WHICH ATTACH TO TIMBER GOING DOWN IN TO FLOOR 6 BY ONE INCH HOW DO I GET MY TWO newel POSTS TO FIT TO STAIR SO THAT THEY ARE SECURE AND ive SEEN NEW STAIRS WHERE THE BOTTOM PART IS allready FITTED TO THE STAIR DOES THE NEWAL POST HAVE TO BE routered BY A JOINER?????????
