Help with oven and hob

Yep , I've had fun slapping Notices all over things with inadequate vents. If you BUY (its corgi....) the GSIUR card thing it goes through it. Quite a useful one cos there are more examples than before.

From memory - from nowish until '08 anything less than middling % (40?) becomes AR, and from 08 anything less than 90% is AR.
I'm not sure if it applies to compartment vents for RS appliances too. I looked up part L on flow switches, someone else can do this one!

I'm being strict cos I can't remember the figures and dates, and am implementing it now. Had several visits to fit vents at vast profits.

I can run through what I know:
closable vent was ncs now AR
Flyscreen was ncs now AR
compartment vent less than 90% was ncs now AR
less than 40% ventilation was ncs now AR
40 - 90% was ncs, still ncs but in 2008 is AR
Wall faced / adjacent was ncs now AR
Flueless in room below minimum volume from ncs to AR.
 
can this be good for the industry or will it make even more dodgy jobs available

What about all those natural draft room sealed flues British Gas guys fitted right in an inside corner of a building 200mm from the kitchen window?
