Help with programming a new CAME 840CF-0020 handset

Any help would be great please
The handset consol has gone faulty and have replaced it unfortaintly when you press the button below the camera the phone dosnt ring, we know it works as when pressing the eyeball symbol on the phone the screen shows who is at the door.
There are 3 consoles on the system the other 2 work fine

Download the manual …. But in short form
You would hold down program until a green light comes on …. Press the call button on the panel go to handset , with the handset off I think press the door release ….its then programmed , there are slight differences with different models , came / BPT support are pretty good ….
