Help with replacing kitchen taps

I am hoping to replace my existing 2 x kitchen sink taps with a modern mixer tap - But how on earth am I supposed to get to the fittings which are behind the underneath of the sink bowl?
I've recently changed my bath taps over & they were hard enough-at least I could just see both taps

Any advice would be much appreciated.

or failing that lot you get a plumber

get yourself a claw
