Help with spotlight

One of the spotlights in my sister's bathroom dropped down from the ceiling. It looks like one of the spring clips is missing. I put my hand inside the hole in the ceiling, but couldn't feel it there. Can I buy a replacement spring part or do I need to buy a whole new fitment? Can I replace it myself (ie does it just unplug/ plug in) or does it need to be fitted by an electrician? What would I ask for in the shop? TIA

they just clip into place in the 2 small lugs on the existing fitting.

No electrician needed. Just take care not to damage the plasterboard too much when pushing back in
