HELPP - FTB, Survey advises new roof :/

Thank you guys!

I took my mate round a few days ago and he said the same, that the pointing on the bonnet tiles havnt been done too good but otherwise a good roof.

I then took a roofer round who said the roof looks good to him too, apart from the pointing and ridge tiles probably needing looking at in the near future.

And now you guys confirming it gives me a lot of reassurance!

I suppose it all depends if the asking price is fair based on the condition of the building as it stands anyway
