Roof tiles to heavy???

I had a new tiled (marley) roof 2 years ago, now Im coming to sell it the Surveyor say's he is not happy with the weight on the timbers. I'm dreading having to have a new roof. Can anyone tell me what is the best way to overcome this..please..

Get someone to prove the roof timbers can take the tile loading on them

1/2 decent survey or structural engineer can sort it..

I presume the surveyor is not working for you? If so disagree with the survey, tell the buyers to take it or leave it.

It's not for you to prove that the timbers are OK.
