I fitted some Henrad raditors a few years ago now but recently noted that two have the paint flaking off at the bottom and one starting to bubble on the face. I thought these were part of Stelrad and better than the average from the likes of Screwfix, etc. Not sure that the 10 year guarantee covers these problems?

I will need to replace one when the bathrrom is refurbed, but the other will be relaced soon along with a few others. Any recommendations for other manufacturers?

Henrad seem to offer "designer" radiators rather than the standard single & double panel convector radiators offered by Stelrad and what appears to be the connected company Prorad.
However, their website does say "part of the Stelrad group" so the radiators offered should be similar quality to all radiators offered by Stelrad.
If your radiators are now suffering pinhole leaks (rather than just the paint bubbling from surface), a common reason for that is lack of corrosion inhibitor in the central heating water.
If there are no leaks, then rubbing down and repainting with a suitable radiator paint should fix the issue

Henrad are Stelrad radiators re badged for independent merchants.
Panel rads are finished by a electrostatic process where the paint finish is 'baked' on .
Unfortunately rads do rust in bathrooms it's a damp place!
I'd be taking care with the one that's bubbling may just be a pinhole behind it.
Stelrad will replace rads with manufacturing defects but I would suggest you read their terms and conditions before starting that route.
We are currently using kartell rads yet to have a leaker but who knows lol.

So I suspect Henrad isn't connected to Stelrad.
I live near enough to the Stelrad factory to have been round it a number of times and collected rads from there distribution center .
Henrad is Stelrad just different package.
Apparently Stelrad own factory's in Turkey that turns out other rebranded stuff.

I had three rads fitted at the same time as a new pump and diverter valve by a heating company ( I supplied the rads as I was going to do it myself originally). Only the one in the bathrrom has any bubbling in the panel. I did wonder about inhibitor as they added mine but then had problems with part of the system and drained it a couple of times. So I am not sure whether there is anything in there now I think about it.

I will be changing the bathroom this year so is not an issue.

I do, however, want to change a few rads around the house for something a little more modern so I was interested to know about good brands

No issues when in domestic premises, though we always check condition of water in existing systems treat as needed and always add inhibitor.
Did a series of large restaurants at one point, did have trouble with rads rusting in toilets partially the gent's!
Cured by fitting stainless steel rads.
